When a student completes a course and has returned all course materials, the teacher sends a request for a Final Grade Report to be issued. The Final grade Report is entered electronically in the District’s student information system and is part of the student’s permanent record.
You may access your SJVS transcript in the following way:
- Login to your account.
- Click on the Student Records link in the navigation bar.
- Click on the Cumulative Academic Report link.
- Click on the link in the middle of the page that says “Print Unofficial Transcript”.
St. Johns County Public School Students may acquire an Official Cumulative SJVS Transcript at any time by contacting the Guidance office at your zoned school.The transcript includes:
- Courses taken with SJVS
- The year courses were taken
- Number of credits earned
- Grade received
Home Education and Full-Time St. Johns Virtual Students may request transcripts by filling out and submitting the Transcript Request Form to the Office of Virtual and Home Education via email, fax or mail. All transcripts must be picked up at the Office of Guidance and Choice.
Please allow 2-3 days for processing of requests. We will call you when your transcripts are ready to be picked up.
If applicable, please make your payment to: District Designated Accounts, with SJVS written in the memo line.
