UPS Return Shipping Labels
K12 automatically sends labels when your student is promoted to new courses, withdraws or when their computer is replaced. If you need additional labels to return K12 materials and computers, we have a new solution for you!
This service is only for K12 Public School Students returning K12 course materials and computer equipment. These labels are specific for K12 Returns and cannot be used to ship packages to other locations.
Label Delivery Options
- Want the labels sent via an email? Select E-Mail Label to receive an email immediately upon submission with a link to the e-labels.
- Don’t want to wait for labels? Select View and Print to print labels immediately upon submission.

- and allow 7-10 business days to receive the labels via US Mail.
NEW Feature! Email Delivery Notification
Check the box next to Email Delivery Notification to receive an email when your packages reach the K12 warehouse. This feature is only available when using the new UPS Return Label website.
